With COVID-19 keeping everyone home there are sites and videos where you can maintain your workout regime. One series of videos have been going viral as of late for those who love Disney and have fun with Zumba.

Zumba is a dance workout that combines styles including cumbia, salsa, merengue, samba and more. It is known to be a cardio and aerobic workout that burns calories and improves posture and motion. People of all ages participate in this style of dance workout and the music has definitely been varying. There is a huge fandom of Disney that are always trying to incorporate it into popular things from TikTok, sing-along videos, and Disneybounding. Now you can enjoy some popular Disney songs with a workout!

Now we have viral Disney Zumba workout videos on Youtube where you can dance your way through “Let it Go”, “Try Everything”, or “Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious”. Here we will have a few warm up, rev up, and wind down choices from a full Zumba playlist put together by Lindsey Paris on Youtube.

Personal favorite warm up video: “How Far I’ll Go” (Disney’s Moana)
