Legos has been giving us countless hours of entertainment for many years. From the sets we got as kids, to that giant bucket of misc. pieces. Give me Legos and I will be happy for many, many hours.
The designer behind it all was Jens Nygaard Knudsen. Sadly Jens has passed away from ALS. Lego tweeted the heartbreaking news.
Jens worked for Lego from 1968 to 2000. fast forward to 1978 the first Lego person was created. Even the iconic sets from space and castle was all of Jens’s work as well. Thank you Jens for my childhood and helping my imagination soar. You will be missed.
