While in court for marijuana charges Spencer Boston decided that he would take this as a time to make a statement. That statement, make marijuana legal. While the judge was speaking he reached into his coat pocket and pulled out a joint and a book of matches. After lighting up the marijuana cigarette he was quickly taken into custody. He is now being held in contempt for the next ten days.
While it’s said that most of the town is laughing and he is being held as a “hero” it’s more than assured his parents feel the opposite. You have to hand it to him though, he’s got a lot of guts to pull this stunt off.
