    It’s festival lineup season!

And on January 7th, Bonnaroo dropped the names that will be playing this year’s installment…

Tool, Lizzo, and Tame Impala are the three main anchors of the weekend that will be supported by an impressive slate of artists like Miley Cyrus, Vampire Weekend, Tenacious D, Lana Del Rey, King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, Jason Isbell & The 400 Unit, Primus, Run The Jewels, Young Thug, plus many, many more.

Now you’ll probably notice Bassnectar and Flume getting some top billing action… I’m thinking they will be the big late night attraction on their respective evenings. Bonnaroo has gone real EDM and Hip-Hop crazy for the after midnight performances. Remember, once Centeroo opens on Thursday, it’s 24/7 with the music until Sunday.

Two other gets worth the discussion are Oysterhead returning to The Farm for the first time since 2006. Trey Anastasio, Les Claypool, and Stewart Copeland’s infamous supergroup is ripe for a comeback and Bonnaroo is no stranger to reunions. Also Sylvan Esso have been awarded the Saturday Superjam. This is where basically a bunch of people get together to play random cover songs. The above graphic labels the show as “With” and I have no clue what that means but I’ll guarantee it will be one of the must see performances of the weekend.

Bonnaroo is held about an hour south of Nashville in Manchester, Tennessee from June 11th through June 14th. You can purchase tickets by clicking here.
