That’s right, it’s time to pack up your bags and make a journey to Calgary Expo next year! The hobbits will be making their way to Canada and when I say the hobbits, I mean the OG hobbits from Lord of the Rings; Frodo, Sam, Pippin and Merry.

Calgary Expo will be celebrating it’s 15th year anniversary, so the hobbits decided to celebrate with them. A special event “Four Hobbit: An Unexpected Reunion” will be held there. Elijah Wood, Sean Astin, Billy Boyd and Dominic Monaghan will be making their way to Canada for the first time together and the event will be an after-hours affair.

At this convention fan can meet celebrity guests at photo ops and autographs throughout the four-day event, there is certain time slots depending on the guest, but currently the schedule is unknown.

Tickets for Calgary Expo with go on sale December 4th on calgaryexpo.com. Early-bird rates will be going until January 15, 2020. Tickets can also be purchased in person at the Calgary Expo Holiday Market at the BMO Centre on Nov. 30.

The 2020 Calgary Expo will run from April 23 to 26 with the 8th annual Parade of Wonders set for April 24 in downtown Calgary.

Calgary is known for having big celebrity guests in the past, so who knows what this upcoming year holds…
