    Sustainable Living for Nerdy Mommies

I’m a new mother to be, I have twin boys due October 2nd and knew from the beginning I wanted to use cloth diapers. I thought it would just be a way of saving money and helping our Earth-chan but it turned into a full blown obsession.

It all started with my first purchase of cloth diapers, I wanted to buy at least 1 set (usually 6 diapers) of a few different brands to try out. As I began making my purchases I was obsessed with the quality. Cloth diapers are so soft and luxurious in my opinion have attractive colors and patterns too. It was very early on I had become obsessed and there were so many options out there too. (My favorite being the pocket diaper)

There’s actually a cult following out there for cloth diapering. If you’re curious there are moms who’ve been doing it for years with there own YouTube channels and groups all over Facebook for people to talk about cloth diapers all day and they love sharing there cloth diaper knowledge. If there’s anything keeping you from trying cloth diapering I encourage you to do your own research. Seriously though, how fun are some of these patterns?

If you’re not sold on any of these patterns be sure to check out the Nerdy momma Facebook group for even more fun designs
