Fast & Furious/Marvel Crossover Movie? Or Epic WWE/Marvel Match? You Decide!

While The Rock was hosting his new show The Titan Games on NBC he announced that he had an amazing idea for a new crossover movie.

Hey I specialize in big, crazy ideas for the world to enjoy..& a movie where it's the God of Thunder @ChrisHemsworth vs that big, brown, bald, tattooed, tequila drinker fella. U guys ready to see that? #ThorHitsTheFloor #BoxOfficeGold I’m calling Kevin Feige to make this happen. pic.twitter.com/8toil0UrwJ

    — Dwayne Johnson (@TheRock) January 18, 2019

Johnson said, “I know why my buddy Chris Hemsworth likes putting on that Thor costume. I mean, there’s real power in wielding a hammer like this. I got an idea guys, how about we make a Thor and Fast & Furious movie? You guys want to do that?” He elaborates on what his vision for the movie is, “Where the God of Thunder, Thor himself, he comes flying in and then wham! He gets stopped by the real God of Thunder. Box office gold, hashtag #ThorHitsTheFloor. You’re welcome, Chris. He’s gonna text me later.”

The Rock says a lot of things… this is an interesting concept but I don’t know if it would ever work out. I’m not even sure if the same demographic that enjoys the Fast and Furious movies are the same as the Marvel crowd.

What I do know is that most of my friends were huge wrestling fans back in the day, including myself. I think Hemsworth has what it takes to make an epic match in the ring. With enough practice that could be one of the most fun things they present on TV! Can you imagine the stars from the MCU crossing over with the actual Rock? I would love to see Stone Cold Steve Austin wrestle say Captain America. Or Kurt Angle vs. Captain America! How about Kane vs. Hulk? Let’s make THAT happen!

Seriously though let’s start a petition. Mr. Johnson is right about one thing it would be #ThorHitsThefloor!

Would you rather see a crossover movie or a crossover wrestling match? Tell us in the comments!
