This news comes after reports confirmed Walt Disney Pictures was handing over their full physical media dept to Sony. It was a weird choice to be sure, but we were kinda hopeful this change would mean more shows and films making their way to actual discs to decorate shelves. February 29th marks a very special birthday in the world of comics. Specifically, it’s the birthday of DC Comics’ Kal El, aka Superman. We have some exciting news from The Grid and the world of Disney’s “Tron.” As you know, a third film is currently in production, and we have our very first official image from “Tron: Ares!”  Jared Leto leads a cast including Gillian Anderson, Cameron Monaghan, Greta Lee, Evan Peters, Sarah Desjardins, and Jodie Turner-Smith. Hard to believe “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” will be celebrating it’s 25th anniversary this year. Both because the show feels timeless, and also because it seems like only yesterday we were introduced to detectives Olivia Benson and Elliot Stabler. Of course it’s just one of many entries into Dick Wolf’s DUM-DUM universe, but it has remained one of audience’s favorites. We’ll admit it, we were actually kind of looking forward to this upcoming remake of “The Crow.” Mostly because Bill Skarsgård is playing the lead, and he’s always an interesting one to watch. But now that we’ve seen what his Eric Draven is going to look like in said reboot….we don’t really want it now.In three first-look photos, we see Skarsgård as Eric, and FKA Twigs as Shelly.
