Mary Anne Butler (Mab) has been part of the fast-paced world of journalism since she was 15, getting her start in album reviews and live concert coverage for a nationally published (print) music magazine. She eventually transitioned to online media, writing for such sites as UGO/IGN, ComicsOnline, Geek Magazine, Ace of Geeks, Aggressive Comix (where she is still Editor-in-Chief), Bleeding Cool (where she was News Editor), and now Nerdbot as Editor-In-Chief. Over the past 10 years, she’s built a reputation at conventions across the globe as a cosplayer (occasionally), photographer (constantly), panelist and moderator (mostly), and reporter (always). Interviews, reviews, observations, breaking news, and objective reporting are the name of the game for the founder of Harkonnen Knife Fight, a Dune-themed band with an international presence. Though she be but little, she is fierce.

This is one of those extremely strange things that finds its way across our desk due to friends knowing our love of….stuff. We feel you also need to experience this oddity- TOBACCO’s new music video for the song “Babysitter,” which features Oscar winning Nine Inch Nails frontman Trent Reznor and Falkor the Luck Dragon from “The Neverending Story.” Yeah. You read that right- freaking Falkor. The stuff of NIGHTMARES. Imagine you film a music video completely made up of footage your home security camera picked up. And, included in that footage happens to be a large ghostly face of the…

Yet another big Warner Bros. Pictures title that got it’s moment in the spot light during DC FanDome is the upcoming “Black Adam” film starring Dwayne The Rock Johnson. Jaume Collet-Serra is directing the film, and that’s kinda all we know so far? While we didn’t get a trailer in the traditional sense, we DID get a really awesome animated comic that Johnson said came from Jim Lee and one of our absolute favorite artists, BossLogic. Obviously, they didn’t have the ability to start filming the production yet with Covid-19 still a very serious concern, but these images give us a…

Today during Warner Bros. Pictures Hall of Heroes Fandome experience, we were treated to numerous trailers, first look images, and long-awaited confirmations of things we’ve been itching to know. One of the most anticipated things was the Snyder Cut trailer for HBO Max’s exclusive “Justice League” director’s cut which will hit the streaming service sometime in 2021. As you’ll recall, director Zack Snyder had to step back from his landmark DCEU superhero team-up film due to a familial crisis, which saw WB bring in Avengers helmer Joss Whedon to complete the flick.
