The Lac La Belle has been a mystery for nearly 150 years but now thanks to divers they’ve found her at the bottom of Lake Michigan. Once in a while a crime story comes up that is so weird that it’s almost too strange to be real. This story was one that caught my attention. Since I come from California, more specifically near the high desert where meth labs are prominent this struck a familiar cord with me. Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi announced Friday (2/20) that she had been diagnosed with cervical cancer. She let fans know in an eight minute TikTok Video her results at her post-op appointment. And the results indicated that she now had stage 1 cervical cancer. They figured it out by conducting a cone biopsy which is a procedure that scrapes a piece of cervical tissue to check the cells. Ahead of Pokémon’s 30th anniversary on February 27th, a new study has revealed the most Pokémon card-obsessed states in America, with the Golden State crowned number one.  According to a February 2026 Circana report, Pokémon became the top U.S. toy property in 2025, generating $2.5 billion in annual sales, including cards.
