ZilRemit Highlights Wallet-to-Bank International Payments for U.S. Businesses

Businesses can send supported international payments to recipient bank accounts while reviewing payment details and tracking transaction status through the platform.

TYLER, Texas, Sept. 12, 2026 — ZilRemit is highlighting its wallet-to-bank international payment workflow for U.S. businesses paying overseas suppliers, vendors and other business recipients.

For finance teams, sending an international payment involves more than moving money across borders. They also need to know where the payment is going, what information is required and whether they can see its status after it is sent.

Those concerns remain important across the wider payments industry. A Federal Reserve FEDS Note published Aug. 26, 2026 reported that North American B2B and business-to-person cross-border payment speeds had slowed compared with 2023 levels. The The same analysis found that transparency remained much lower for B2B and business-to-person services than for person-to-person payments. Only about one-quarter of services provided information about both cost and speed.

ZilRemit is designed to give businesses a more direct payment workflow at the user level.

A business starts by entering the recipient’s name, bank-account information, and destination country. The user then selects a supported funding source and payment purpose. Before confirming the transaction, the business can review the payment information and exchange rate.

The payment then moves through ZilRemit’s supported wallet-to-bank payment service. Funds are sent to the recipient’s bank account. Users can also view payment-status updates through the platform and mobile app.

ZilRemit’s current website lists supported service locations throughout Europe and Asia. These include India, Germany, France, Italy, Ireland, Estonia, Sweden, the Philippines, and the United Kingdom. Availability and processing times may differ between destinations. Exchange rates and payment requirements can also vary. Other factors include the selected payment method, banking partner, and transaction-specific requirements.

This workflow can reduce manual follow-up for businesses paying overseas suppliers. Finance teams can manage recipient information from the same platform. They can also review payment details before confirming the transaction. After initiating the payment, users can check its status through the platform. This creates a more centralized process for managing international business payments.

ZilRemit’s current terms state that the service is intended for business and commercial use. The terms also state that the underlying funds-transfer services for business payments are provided through third-party financial institution service providers.
