Wow episode 6 of Survivor 50: In the Hands of the Fans was bonkers! Now that we’re in the middle of craziness it’s kind of up in the air over who will be voted off. Since they merged and then chose groups for the challenge we’re unsure if those groups will remain the same within the merged tribe.

Episode Recap
This episode was the first big tribal council where everyone voted for one player to go home. There was a lot of chaos at the camp regarding Dee who covertly got Charlie voted out last episode. Coach and Jonathan both felt slighted by her and that put a huge target on her back. Emily also let Rizo know that Dee had spilled the beans to her about his idol making her seem even more shady to the other players.

Coach attempted to reform his “Four Horsemen” alliance by now recruiting Rizo which seems like a bad idea to everyone watching the show but apparently not to him. Rizo is now in an even bigger position of power and is still flying under the radar. He’s poised to be one of the finalists again this season and if he is, he’ll probably take the prize.
There was a journey with an advantage this episode where Stephanie LaGrossa Kendrick was selected via random draw to go on that journey. This challenge was a hard one for her since previously she had hurt her shoulder on Survivor and had to have surgery for it. The challenge was a classic endurance challenge which she had to do with her non-dominant arm for an hour to keep a pot of water from breaking. She successfully completed the challenge which earned her a steal-a-vote. She initially lied to the tribe about not being able to complete the challenge but Cirie Fields saw through it immediately and confronted her into a confession.
The Challenge
The tribe was split into two teams of seven for a multi-stage challenge. The group that won earned Chinese takeout. The group that got the prize consisted of Christian, Ozzy, Rick Devens, Emily, Dee, Stephenie, and Joe.

Individual Immunity: The winning team then competed for safety. Ozzy Lusth outlasted Joe Hunter in a balance challenge to win his 8th career individual immunity, putting him just one win behind the all-time record.
Tribal Council Recap
Tribal was crazy this episode. We all suspected that after Dee slighted Jonathan and Coach that she’d be voted off. At the end she tried to whisper in everyone’s ear that they should vote for Coach because she “had the numbers.” She in fact did not. Aubry used her idol just in case she would have been targeted which now leaves her without any protection. Dee played her shot-in-the-dark and was marked “Not Safe.” Dee was voted off in a 9-4-1 vote.
So Who Will Go Next?
After Dee got voted off we’re not sure who will go next. With Coach gearing up to be one of the major leaders when it comes to alliances he’d probably be the smartest vote. We don’t think that would happen but it would be smart. Now that Aubry doesn’t have an idol she would be another easy choice but since she could be used for a swing vote if they played her right it would be dumb to vote her off. Not only that but she’s a mid-tier player when it comes to immunity challenges. If we’re going by who’s going to be the biggest threat when it comes to immunity challenges the next big bad would be Ozzy. He’s now won 8 immunity challenges throughout his career in Survivor and is a serious threat to everyone’s game.
Who Would Be the Biggest Shakeup on the Island?
Since this season features so many good players it’s really hard to say at this point who the biggest threat is. Rizo would be a smart move but he has an immunity idol and allies that would 100% tell him if he was being targeted. That same scenario goes for Ozzy. If one of them were to go it would put the rest of the castaways in a frenzy much like when the queen bee dies and every other bee scatters frantically looking for a new leader. Another one would be Cirie because she’s such a pillar in this game. Everyone respects her judgement. The biggest shakeup may be Coach since he’s now centered himself as one of the big leaders on the island.
Final Thoughts
So with that there’s a lot up in the air since we just don’t know what will happen next. Usually on Survivor we can kind of guess but this season is off the rails.
