The culinary creatives at Chain House are ringing in the spirit of the season this year with their Holiday House from December 3-7 in Los Angeles, CA. At the food festivities this year diners will get to pick one of three collab meals: coming from Sonic by Chain, Red Robin by Chain, or Cracker Barrel by Chain (with Arby’s by Chain special-spiced curly fries accompanying each meal).
Known for their inventive partnerships and mouth watering meals, Chain continues to refine the magic of their events. What started as a series of pop-ups, they’ve managed to maintain the gourmet offerings while still balancing a reasonable price point. Past events have included a celebration of the World of Warcraft, an “Alien: Earth” activation at San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC), Dread Lobster for “I Know What You Did Last Summer” and a bevy of other wild events like a birthday party for Jack in the Box mascot Jack Box.
Chain Pop-Ups are invite only. In order to receive them you join their invite list and when that text hits your inbox you want to sign up as fast as you can. Their holiday events (and tentpoles like ChainFEST) are the rare occasions where you have a tiny bit of breathing room to grab tickets but they are going fast.
This year for $75 entry to the Chain Holiday House also gets you a two hour window to enjoy :
- A Conehead ® Sundae Claus from Friendly’s by Chain
- A pairing flight of 2 mini holiday pies and 2 craft cocktail shots (with Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey for those 21+)
- The chance to try brand new Heinz sauces debuting at a potato pancake bar.
- A Kahlúa x Dunkin’ Frozen Espresso Martini garnished with a Kahlúa-infused Salted Chocolate Munchkin® ( again for guests 21+)
- 2 holiday cocktails or mocktails
- Complimentary cans of iconic Pepsi flavors (a true holiday miracle would mean there’s Crystal Pepsi in stock but that’s just us wishfully thinking)
- An as yet unannounced Panda Express sweet treat collab.
- A pour of Stella Artois complete with custom chalice engraving (again for 21+)
- An exclusive Dutch Bros Holiday House beverage
- A Spicy TABASCO® Salsa Picante surprise

All in all for a meal coming from the minds of Michelin level chefs it’s a steal. Chain doesn’t just throw events in Los Angeles, they’ve taken over New York, San Diego, and you never know where they’ll pop up next. The brainchild of BJ Novak and producer Nicholas Kraft now also boasts creative associates that include: Chrissy Teigen, Gordon Ramsay, Benny Blanco and more. If you want to learn more about their genesis and process you can watch “Chain Food: All-Star Dishes” for free (with ads) on the Roku Channel.
To get tickets to Chain Holiday House in LA head here, they also have some of the best and most ridiculous merch (though it’s often as hard to get as a spot at their events.
