Kingbull is proud to update another all-terrain ebike, the Rover 2.0, in its lineup.
The Rover 2.0 is built for riders who want to explore what’s off-limits for everyone else. The bike combines power with comfort and control to create a ride that feels just as good on rugged trails as it does on city streets. It’s remarkably rugged, uses components from top manufacturers, and comes with a number of free add-ons.
Thoughtful Design
The Rover 2.0 is built with an all-aluminum frame that is both tough and reliable. The frame has a step-thru design that makes it easy to mount and dismount to help riders of different heights. To further increase rider convenience and ergonomics, the seat post is height adjustable to provide a perfect fit for 5’6″ – 6’5″ riders.
As for the styling, the bike looks sleek, glossy, and neat. The battery is placed inside the frame, though it’s removable. Likewise, internal cable routing keeps the exterior clean while also protecting the wires from dirt or damage.
The net weight of the bike is around 80lbs, and the frame is rated for up to 400 lbs of payload. The bike’s weight comes from its solid construction, especially its massive 26×4” fat tires.
The Rover 2.0 has a color LCD display that shows speed, battery level and pedal assist in clear numbers. The screen is bright and easy to read even in sunlight. Thanks to integrated LED lights, a sturdy kickstand, and an electric horn, the bike ships ready for both city and trail use.
Buyers also get a free gift pack comprising a cable lock, an air pump, and a phone mount.
Robust Performance
The Kingbull Rover 2.0 is built for riders who want strong output on any surface. At the core of the bike is a 750W Bafang hub motor that puts out strong and steady power. It responds fast when you press the pedals, which makes the ride feel smooth and controlled.
The maximum speed of the bike can be adjusted through the display unit. In Class 3 mode, the bike can go up to 28 mph. But if you prefer a slower pace or live in a Class 2 state, you can cap the top speed at 20 mph. The drivetrain uses Shimano 7-speed gears for seamless and reliable shifts.
The Rover 2.0 has the capability to conquer everything from loose gravel to steep hills to broken paths. The motor does not lag even with added load. And the 400 lbs capacity means you can carry gear without compromising on performance. Riders will also notice how the wide CST tires grip the ground and help the motor with traction.
Lasting Range
The Rover 2.0 runs on a 720Wh removable Samsung battery that holds enough charge for rides up to 60 miles when conditions are perfect. In real-world use, the range will depend on the rider, the trail, and the assist level. On lower assist modes and under normal load conditions, the bike can give you close to the maximum range, but expect some drop at higher levels of assist.
When using the highest assist level, most riders will see closer to 40 miles on a single charge, which is still solid for an all-terrain bike of this size. The torque sensor also helps save power by sending energy only when the rider pushes harder. This balance between output and efficiency makes the Rover 2.0 reliable for mixed routes. You can take it across gravel paths, steep climbs, and flat city roads without fear of sudden drain.
Comprehensive Safety
The Kingbull Rover 2.0 comes with hydraulic disc brakes on both wheels that give strong stopping power.
The brakes use four pistons and 180 mm rotors which help the bike slow down fast even on steep ground. When tested on gravel paths, the brakes hold firm without fading. The bite feels sharp but also smooth which adds to rider confidence.
For night use, the Rover 2.0 has a 48V LED headlight and a tail light that glows brighter when you press the brakes. These lights make the bike more visible to others and give clear sight of the road ahead. Reflectors on the pedals add another safety layer.
Unrivaled Capability
One of the main strengths of the Rover 2.0 is its full suspension setup. The in-house designed front fork gives 100 mm travel while the rear DNM shock adds 45 mm travel. This means bumps and dips feel less harsh which keeps the bike steady on rough paths. Riders can adjust the shocks to suit their weight and trail choice.
The bike also supports a 400 lbs payload which makes it fit for heavier riders or those who carry gear. The wide 26×4.0 CST tires grip sand, mud, snow, and gravel without slipping. Together with the strong frame, these components allow the Rover 2.0 to handle even the most formidable of trails without losing balance.
Comfortable Ride
The Rover 2.0 comes with a padded saddle that stays comfortable on long trips. It is height adjustable and fits riders from 5’6” to 6’6”.
The ride quality is excellent due to numerous factors. The dual suspension softens bumps and keeps the bike steady on rough tracks. The fat CST tires roll with ease over stones and cracks which makes the ride feel secure. And the hydraulic brakes make sure riders never lose control.
However, the real difference comes from the torque sensor. It takes away the sudden kick that cadence e-bikes give and instead offers a smooth and natural push. This makes the Rover 2.0 feel closer to normal pedaling while still giving strong support.
Affordable Price
The Kingbull Rover 2.0 is listed at $1,399, which makes it one of the most competitive full suspension e-bikes in its class.
For this price, you get a 750W Bafang motor, a 720Wh Samsung battery, Zoom hydraulic brakes, dual suspension, Shimano gears, and 26×4” puncture-proof CST tires. These are premium components that usually appear in bikes that cost far more. On top of that, the bike comes with a free gift pack comprising a cable lock, an air pump, and a phone mount.
Moreover, if you buy 2 bikes, you will get another $200 off.
