Polly Pocket is celebrating a big milestone in 2024 – her 35th birthday. To commemorate this significant event, the pocket-sized doll is set to embrace a new role, an Airbnb host! Polly is throwing open the doors to her vintage two-story Slumber Party Fun compact, which is essentially a replica of one of her quintessential homes.

The Slumber Party Fun compact, famously known for its fully furnished rooms and detailed decorations, has been recreated to scale, transforming it into an Airbnb destination that conjures enchantment and whimsy. This venture aims to capture the essence of the pocket-sized life, adding a new and exciting chapter to Polly Pocket‘s delightful narrative.

    About Your Stay

Nestled in the charming locale of Littleton, Massachusetts, Polly’s 42-foot-tall compact masterpiece redefines the concept of “small but powerful”. Patrons are invited to reserve one of the three exclusive one-night stays available from September 12 to 14, hosting four guests each, at a rate of $89 per person. This price is a symbolic homage to Polly’s grand entrance onto the scene in 1989. Upon entering Polly’s eclectic universe, guests have the opportunity to:

    • Explore every nook and cranny of the iconic compact, where a few hidden surprises await
    • Get ready at Polly’s vanity, stuffed with nostalgic hair and nail accessories of her favorite colors. Did someone call for press on nails?
    • Check out the retro fridge and craft the snack-filled picnic every ‘90s kid wanted
    • Try on the doll life for size in Polly’s closet, where her most iconic throwback looks hang waiting to be worn in joyful hues and glossy silhouettes in the beloved signature gummy texture
    • Kick back in the living room with some popcorn, a movie and plenty of pillows
    • Doze off on Polly’s pullout couch or cozy up in her life-sized Action Park Tent just 10 feet away from the compact after filling up on slumber party fun
    • Make custom, Polly-approved charm bracelets to match with your BFF

Those who are eager to transform into a life-size doll for a day are invited to reserve a one-night stay at the Polly Pocket’s compact. The booking window opens at 6:00am (Pacific) on August 21st, and concludes at 11:59pm (Pacific) on August 28th. Reservations can be made via the Airbnb portal here. It is important to note that guests are required to arrange their own transportation to and from the location in Littleton, Massachusetts.

But that’s not all! For devotees of dolls and the ’90s, who might miss out on securing a booking, there’s another chance to step right into Polly Pocket’s life-sized compact. Polly is extending an invitation to her home for 21 unique experiences, each accommodating up to 12 guests. Embark on a delightful daytime adventure, tailored perfectly for a doll, from September 16th to October 6th. Requests to book this exclusive experience start on August 21st, 6:00am (Pacific). Be sure to make your request before the window closes on August 28th, at 11:59pm (Pacific).
