It centers around some of the most famous vikings including Leif Eriksson (played by Sam Corlett). He’s joined by his sister, Freydis Eriksdotter (Frida Gustavsson). Also a player in the Norse game is prince Harald Sigurdsson (Leo Suter). It was announced that the three will return to their roles. Clashes between the Vikings and the English royals reach a breaking point in the series. Seasons two and three are likely to continue to explore the aftermath of those tensions and continued exploration.

Production of the second season of “Vikings: Valhalla” has actually already wrapped. It’s expected to return to audiences in 2023. Season three will begin production in the spring of this year. It had been previously announced that the show would be 24 episodes. We can now confirm they’ll be split into three seasons with eight episodes each.
