Kingbull Ranger: A Vintage Electric Bike With Retro Moped-Style Appeal

The Kingbull Ranger is built for riders who want more than a standard commuter e-bike. With its vintage electric bike styling, long saddle, fat tires, and retro moped-style frame, the Ranger brings a stronger visual identity to everyday riding and weekend adventures.

At $799, the Ranger gives riders a bold alternative in the budget e-bike market. It combines a motorcycle-inspired look with modern electric performance, making it especially appealing for shoppers interested in a retro moped-style e-bike or a two-seater electric bike design. The long saddle and reinforced frame give it a more substantial presence than a typical bicycle, while the full-suspension setup and fat tires make it practical beyond looks.

    Vintage Style Meets Real Power

The Ranger’s design is its biggest talking point. Its high-carbon steel frame, brown vintage-style saddle, and moped-inspired profile create a classic look that stands out on city streets, park roads, and open paths. For riders who want an e-bike that feels expressive rather than ordinary, this retro shape is a major part of the appeal.

Behind the style, the Ranger is powered by a 750W brushless hub motor with 1300W peak power and 85Nm of torque. That gives it enough strength for hills, rough pavement, gravel paths, and light off-road riding. The 48V 18Ah, 864Wh lithium battery offers up to 80 miles of range under ideal riding conditions, giving riders more room for longer commutes, weekend routes, and casual exploring.

The bike can reach up to 28 MPH where local regulations allow, with Class 3 default and Class 2 adjustability. This makes it flexible for different riding environments, whether the route is urban, suburban, or more recreational.

A Two-Seater Look With Everyday Utility

The Ranger’s long saddle gives it the appearance and comfort direction of a two-seater electric bike, while its reinforced frame and dual suspension add stability for heavier riders and paired riding situations where allowed. This is one of the reasons the Ranger has strong visual and social appeal: it looks more like a compact electric moped than a basic e-bike.

Comfort is supported by a dual-crown front suspension fork, rear shock absorbers, and 20″×4.0″ CST fat tires. Together, they help smooth out uneven roads and provide a planted ride across pavement, packed dirt, gravel, and rougher park paths. Hydraulic brakes add controlled stopping power, which is important for a fat-tire e-bike with a stronger frame and higher payload design.

The Ranger also includes practical features for daily use, including Shimano 7-speed shifting, five levels of pedal assist, twist throttle, LED headlight, brake-highlight tail light, turn signals, horn, and a full-color display. It supports up to 350 lbs of maximum payload, and the rear rack can carry up to 150 lbs, making it useful for errands, commuting, and weekend gear.

For riders looking for a vintage electric bike with real road presence, the Kingbull Ranger offers a compelling mix of style, power, range, and utility. It is a retro electric bike that looks distinctive, rides confidently, and brings moped-style character into the budget e-bike category.
