Artface Earrings Subscription Review: Quirky, Affordable Statement Jewelry

Are silly earrings your vibe? Do you love statement pieces but also love variety and lose things easily? Artface is just the earring subscription for you, and for me! Scrolling Facebook the other day I saw the cutest quirky advertisement for paper earrings. I clicked on the application for the waitlist and filled out the most visually stunning quiz. I got ‘Divine: Queen of Too Much’ and my side kicks are Lisa Frank and Franny! A few days later I got my invite and now I’m part of the club! Waiting for them to arrive was the hardest wait i swear bc I could not wait to see what this was all about.

Now that they’ve arrived I am so excited to share with you what I got! It comes in an envelope marked Artface, and inside is this very thick almost like greeting card. On the outside was an Alice in Wonderland style drawing of a potion bottle saying drink m on the tag. The name of this collection is The Queens Apothecary by Emily Reay. I am bursting with excitement as I open it up. Inside there is gold and whimsy covering every single centimeter of the card, where the earrings are blended into the photo.

Easy to use, easy to put back and save for later

The earrings are made with the thick paper. You can pop them out and they can also be popped back in without damaging them. To ensure that you can put them back easily there’s nice little cutout areas to avoid any rips or tears. There’s a little door like a pop out book that had two really nice quality hooks. You can use these to put your earrings on interchangeably.

The idea is these earrings are fun and affordable and aren’t meant to last forever. I think this is really a wonderful aspect. in a world where industry moves forward, but the planet suffers the more plastic we synthesize. We can’t keep everything forever. This business model really speaks to me too. I’m getting amazing earrings and when they’ve reached the end of their lifespan, I can without guilt dispose of them.

    This month’s haul

For this collection they have stacks of teacups and potion bottles. My favorite though would have to be the beetles and the matchboxes. These were purchased with the intent to share with my household. We are all gaudy earring lovers, and they have the perfect sets. Even my son loved the little sardine cans lined with gold! The earrings pop onto the hooks with little precut holes, no fuss, no mess. On the back is a QR code that I scanned that catalogued my collection. This is a neat way to log what I have and don’t have yet on my Artface profile. They also sent me a card to get a friend set up for a subscription too.

For fashion and art, Artface is revolutionary and fun. I can’t wait to see what each month holds! We can only guess the collections will get quirkier (yes please!), what an absolute delight to find!
