Walking Dead’s Ross Marquand to Star in New Movie

Even though The Walking Dead ended a few years ago, the love that fans have for the show has never wavered. There are now a number of spinoff TV shows, as well as additional backstory being provided to fill in the gaps within the universe. It’s not surprising that the stars of the show are going on to achieve great things, with reports showing that Ross Marquand is set to star in a brand-new movie.

Ross Marquand is to Star in Unknown Company

Ross Marquand, the actor who plays Aaron in The Walking Dead, added a whole new dimension to the zombie show. If it wasn’t for his character, it’s very doubtful that Rick’s crew would have ever reached Alexandria. His part was so integral that Walking Dead fans have followed the actor ever since. In fact, other stars from The Walking Dead, including Khary Payton, have also gone on to achieve huge success.

Khary Payton is known for doing a lot of voiceover work, and has seen his success skyrocket since appearing in the show. With so many spinoffs, including Fear the Walking Dead and Dead City, many actors have jumped at the chance to appear on the show. In fact, the Walking Dead universe is so big that there are also YouTube videos that speculate on how the virus started.

There have also been auctions to sell props from the show, which saw items being sent to fans across the world. There are even casino slots based on The Walking Dead, with examples being The Walking Dead Cash Collect. The slot showcases The Walking Dead universe, including zombies, barricades, and the locations featured in the series. These titles include favourite characters, including Michonne and Negan, highlighting that the love that we have for the characters in the show largely comes down to the actors who play them, as much as it does the writing. Ross Marquand had a big part to play in the universe, including many pivotal moments, so it’s not surprising to see his career take off. Since his part in The Walking Dead, he’s continued to expand his acting career, with several exciting projects in the works. One of them is Unknown Company.

What We Know So Far About Unknown Company

So far, the details we have about Unknown Company are limited. We do know that Vincent Talenti will be directing a story focused on World War II, following a group of soldiers who have to venture behind enemy lines.

They have to find an unidentified object, but what they stumble across is far more dangerous. Interestingly, the role that Ross Marquand looks to be playing is very similar to his role in The Walking Dead. The story seems to be about high-stakes survival, as well as camaraderie and dealing with unexpected twists and turns.

Ross Marquand’s experience in roles like this, and the other talented actors like Hugh Scott and Kevin Brooks should guarantee a hit. The movie’s release date is yet to be announced, but it could well be late 2026 or early 2027. Filming has completed, and the movie is now in the post-production phase.
