Netflix is bringing it at the Kia Forum in LA this weekend with their TUDUM presentation. Bolstered by epic performances from mother monster herself Lady Gaga, and fellow international superstar Hanumankind, the casts and creatives are sharing a bunch of upcoming goodies.

You can follow along with us as we update you throughout the event!

You’ll need to log onto Netflix to see the live stream

Things have kicked off on the live stream with host Sofia Carson.

Apparently, the Netflix sound is now officially pronounced as “to doom,” rather than “ta-DUM.”

    ___

    “Squid Game”

A dance group launches the “Squid Game” section, with a live performance from  Hanumankind (Sooraj Cherukat).

Grab your Jegi and your favorite teammates turned future opponents, “Squid Game” debuted their trailer for their final season. While season 2 left us unsure of Gi-hun’s (Lee Jugn-jae) exact fate, we know his attempt at rebellion was thwarted, but his face off with the Front Man will propel us through this likely ultimate showdown.

“Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery”

Writer / director Rian Johnson introduces the next segment, which is of course “Knives Out!” Josh Brolin joins Johnson on stage to introduce the third film in the franchise. Oh, hello Mila Kunis, Cailee Spaeny, Kerry Washington, Jeremy Renner delivering a double barrel of delight, Daryl McCormack, Glenn Close, and of course, Daneil Craig!

Butter our biscuits and call us blessed, because Rian Johnson and Daniel Craig are bringing Benoit Blanc back for his own third go around. This time he’ll be in “Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery.”

    “One Piece“

Your favorite Straw Hat’s favorite Straw hat is joining the show! Netflix announced that Tony Tony Chopper will be in the upcoming second season of “One Piece.” Actress Mikaela Hoover (“Beef,” “Superman,” “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3”) will not only be providing the voice of the beloved reindeer, but also doing the facial capture.

Her fellow Straw Hats (Iñaki Godoy, Mackenyu, Emily Rudd, Jacob Romero and Taz Skylar) took to the stage to surprise audiences with a first look. Tony Tony Chopper is one of a bevy of beloved characters joining season two. As previously announced folks include Charithra Chandran as Miss Wednesday, Joe Manganiello as Mr. 0, Katey Sagal as Dr. Kureha, Lera Abova as Miss All Sunday, Mark Harelik as Dr. Hiriluk, Sophia Anne Caruso as Miss Goldenweek, Yonda Thomas as Igaram, Sendhil Ramamurthy as Nefertari Cobra, Brendan Sean Murray as Brogy, Callum Kerr as Smoker, Camrus Johnson as Mr. 5, Clive Russell as Crocus, Daniel Lasker as Mr. 9, David Dastmalchian as Mr. 3, Jazzara Jaslyn as Miss Valentine, Julia Rehwald as Tashigi, Rob Colletti as Wapol, Ty Keogh as Dalton, Werner Coetser as Dorry, Rigo Sanchez as Dragon, James Hiroyuki Liao as Ipponmatsu, Mark Penwill as Chess, and Anton Jeftha as K.M..

Tony Tony Chopper is coming along with season 2 in 2026!

    “The Rip“

Best buds Ben Affleck and Matt Damon (who is currently filming Sir Christopher Nolan‘s “The Odyssey“) are continuing their 40+ year friendship and collaboration in “The Rip.” During the live TUDUM broadcast we got a sneak peek of the duo as Miami cops who discover a stash of cash. We’ll find out if millions can overpower morality (though “Squid Game” does a pretty good job of exploring that). “The Rip” also stars Steven Yeun, Teyana Taylor, Sasha Calle, Nestor Carbonell, Catalina Sandion Moreno, Kyle Chandler, Scott Adkins, and Lina Esco. It’s written and directed by Joe Carnahan.

“The Rip” is coming to Netflix January 16th.

    “Frankenstein“

Perhaps our most awaited feature: Guillermo del Toro brought a teaser trailer of our most beloved monster to TUDUM. While it was already announced that Oscar Issac, Jacob Elordi, and Mia Goth would be at the center of it, the teaser brought us up close and personal to the science and scientists.

“Frankenstein” will be brought to life in November on Netflix.

    “Happy Gilmore 2“

We’re racing out of our shanties to watch Adam Sandler’s return in “Happy Gilmore 2.” A sequel nearly 30 years in the making, Sandler returns to the green with a new generation of golf legends. While the teaser trailer showed us a possibly more mature Gilmore, the TUDUM reveal showed we don’t have to worry too much about him completely losing his signature irreverence.

The film will stream starting July 25, 2025.

“Stranger Things” Season 5 (The Final Season)

Foul things are still afoot in Hawkins.
Venca is not vanquished and our heroes have some healing to do in the final season of “Stranger Things!”

    Volume 1 – November 26th
    Volume 2 – December 25th
    Volume 3 – December 31st

    “Wednesday”

Last but not least at TUDUM is “Wednesday” who proved worthy of closing out the show with a delightful 6 minute preview of the first episode of Season 2!!!

Which is coming August 6th, 2025
