Neill Blomkamp (“District 9,” “Chappie,” “Elysium“) will be directing a new “Starship Troopers.”
Word is this will NOT be a remake of Paul Verhoeven’s 1997 cult classic film, but rather taking more from Robert A. Heinlein‘s 1959 novel of the same name.
Blomkamp will write and direct, and also produce alongside his wife and producing partner, Terri Tatchell.
