Dark Hints of Whats to Come in “Andor” Season 2

We are so excited for season 2 of Tony Gilroy‘s incredible “Star Wars” series, “Andor.” The story follows Captain Cassian Andor (Diego Luna) and his early days in the Rebellion, fighting against the Empire. Season 1 completely floored us with it’s strong writing and even stronger performances.

A new look at the upcoming season reveals more rebellion, more intrigue, and more familiar characters from the universe. “These 12 episodes are going to take us over the next four years into ‘Rogue One,'” Gilroy says about the two-part second season.

Some have said an event from “Star Wars Legends” will be shown in season 2- The Ghorman Massacre. Its exactly what it sounds like. Stormtroopers slaughtering thousands of peaceful protestors in order to scare any/all additional rebellions. Things get so bad, Grand Moff Tarkin lands his ship on top of the protesters, killing them.

“Andor” season 2, Disney+

Needless to say, this is going to be one hell of a watch. “Andor” season 1 is available to stream on Disney+ now. Season 2 hits April 22nd.
