    Shout! Releases Gorgeous Editions of “Labyrinth,” “Dark Crystal”

    If you are a fan of 1980s fantasy films or physical media in general, have we got some news for you. Shout! Studios just released limited edition collector’s sets for 1986’s “Labyrinth” and 1982’s “The Dark Crystal.” Both sets were created in partnership with The Jim Henson Company, and presented in stunning 4K UHD and Blu-ray.

    Both films come with two bundle choices, the limited edition collector’s set or the deluxe limited edition collector’s set.

     “Labyrinth”

    The limited edition collector’s set for “Labyrinth” contains:

    • A replica of the film’s iconic glass crystal ball with interior 3D-etching of the movie’s title, on a wooden labyrinth-style display base.
    • Five art cards.
    • 28-page book with a new essay, production stills, and concept art by designer Brian Froud.
    • Collectible sticker.
    • And more bonus content than you can shake a stick at including:
      • New Fan Event Q&As with Brian Henson and Toby Froud
