New Teaser for MAX’s “The Penguin” Series Hits

While we weren’t shocked to love Matt Reeves‘ “The Batman,” we were delighted to see Colin Farrell get such a celebrated turn as notorous Rogue’s Gallery member, The Penguin. This version was certainly more grounded than Tim Burton‘s version played by Danny DiVito (which we love without a single measure of irony).

The 8-episode series stars Farrell, Cristin Milioti, Rhenzy Feliz, Michael Kelly, Shohreh Aghdashloo, Deirdre O’Connell, Clancy Brown, Carmen Ejogo, François Chau, Theo Rossi, and David H. Holmes. Reeves’ is an executive producer, Lauren LeFranc wrote the project, and is acting as showrunner.

“The Penguin” hits MAX sometime this September. Check out the teaser now:
