    Netflix Looking to Cast Toph in “Avatar: The Last Airbender” S2

    The live-action Netflix adaptation of “Avatar: The Last Airbender” is headed towards season 2, full steam ahead. While we’ve already met the main cast of gaANG, one major member was missing. Season 2 of the series will introduce Toph Beifong, earthbender and badass.

    Netflix has announced a world-wide casting search to find the perfect actor to bring the character to life. They’re looking for someone who is blind, or vision-impaired.

    Obviously there are SEVERAL other characters from the ” Avatar” universe to make their appearances in the series, but Toph is someone we can’t WAIT to see in live-action.

    Season 1 of “Avatar: The Last Airbender” (live-action) is currently streaming on Netflix, as is the original animated series, and it’s follow-up, “Avatar: The Legend of Korra.” We’ll let you know what we hear about this and other news.
