If you’re anything like me, you’re already running out of space on your display shelf for themed nerdy mugs. Considering just how many fandoms Beeline Creative’s Geeki Tikis line covers, I’m surprised I don’t have MORE, honestly. This brings us to 2024’s special releases for the unofficial “Star Wars” holiday, May the 4th.

    PRINCESS LEIA MUG

The ongoing joke in my house is that I’m not allowed to get more mugs UNLESS a new Princess Leia comes out. Because OF COURSE I’m going to get that. Enter the Special Edition Artist Series by Paul Briggs mug available for pre-order now!

The Princess Leia Tiki Mug is made from heavyweight stoneware ceramic and features a stunning depiction of Princess Leia Organa.  The details of this mug are breathtaking, from her delicate facial expression down to the intricate pattern woven into her iconic hairstyle.  The tiki mug pays homage to the vintage mid-century modern era Chalkware Busts of yester-year and features a beautiful matte finish with color accents.

Mary Anne Butler (Mab) has been part of the fast-paced world of journalism since she was 15, getting her start in album reviews and live concert coverage for a nationally published (print) music magazine. She eventually transitioned to online media, writing for such sites as UGO/IGN, ComicsOnline, Geek Magazine, Ace of Geeks, Aggressive Comix (where she is still Editor-in-Chief), Bleeding Cool (where she was News Editor), and now Nerdbot as Editor-In-Chief. Over the past 10 years, she’s built a reputation at conventions across the globe as a cosplayer (occasionally), photographer (constantly), panelist and moderator (mostly), and reporter (always). Interviews, reviews, observations, breaking news, and objective reporting are the name of the game for the founder of Harkonnen Knife Fight, a Dune-themed band with an international presence. Though she be but little, she is fierce.
