Fast food chain White Castle will turn 300 select locations into “Love Castles” in honor of Valentine’s Day. From 4 to 9pm, these resturants will offer a fine dining experience including hostess seating, table-side services, and festive decor. This tradition started back in 1991, and aside from a two-year break for Covid-19, it has been going strong ever since. With tens of thousands of people celebrating with sliders over candlelight each year.
“Celebrating Valentine’s Day at White Castle has become a tradition for hopeful romantics and Slider enthusiasts alike,” Jamie Richardson, Vice President at White Castle, said. “We look forward to opening our doors once again to romance and fun and making this Valentine’s Day another one to savor.”
White Castle will also be offering up a limited-time meal deemed the “Love Clutch Collection.” Available from February 9 through 18, it includes 10 Cheesy Sliders, 20 Chicken Rings, and a sack of fries. So you can share the experience even if you aren’t near a Love Castle. “Nothing says ‘I love you’ like the Love Clutch Collection,” Richardson said. “It’s a recipe for unforgettable moments with people you hold close.”
And if all that wasn’t enough, White Castle is also putting out a new line of Valentine’s Day-themed merchandise. The new line includes:
- Love Castle Robe – An almost-too-magical-to-touch magenta robe with a red belt is perfect for lounging and relaxing around the house.
- Love Castle Sunglasses – These heart-shaped glasses are the perfect accessory piece for your date-night attire. Or any time you just want to spread the love.
- White Castle T-shirts – These come in two different designs, The Love Castle Candy Tee and the Love Castle Crave Tee crew neck. Both shirts will literally let you wear your heart on your sleeve.
