“Wheel of Fortune” won’t be the same with Pat Sajak finally retiring. After as many years, it was time to pass the job on to other potential hosts. Of course, then came the next question: What about co-host Vanna White? Would she stay on the show, or would she also leave in Pat’s wake? The answer is yes and no.

Yes, Vanna will eventually be leaving. But not just yet. It’s been announced that White will be extending her tenure on the show into 2025-26. So we’ll get our favorite letter-turner for a couple more years yet.

White has been with “WoF” as long as Sajak, and it’s nice to know that she won’t be going anywhere. At least for a little bit. Her new tenured contract will see her return with new host, Ryan Seacrest. Perhaps her keeping on will make the transition easier.Things behind the scenes are changing as well, with the retirement of long-time showrunner, Robert Ennis. Replacing Ennis will be Alex Van Wagner, whose current directing credits include “The Masked Singer” and mini-golf competition show “Holey Moley.”
