An arrest warrant has been issued in Pennsylvania for “Jackass” star Bam Margera. According to police, he is facing one charge of simple assault, one charge of harassment, and four charges of terroristic threats “with intention to terrorize another.”

These charges stem from an incident that took place on Sunday morning. Pennsylvania State Police were called to a domestic disturbance at a house in Chester County around 11am. Bam’s brother, Jesse Margera, told officers earlier in the day, his brother had “banged on and kicked his locked bedroom door.” Bam then wrote a threatening note, urinated in the kitchen sink, screamed at Jesse, and struck him in the head. Jesse also accused Bam of threatening to kill everyone in the house. Which includes their father, Phillip Margera Jr., and two other people, according to an affidavit. Multiple members of the family, including Phillip were heavily featured on the series “Viva La Bam.”
After the altercation, Bam fled to a wooded area.
Bam was recently arrested in March on suspicion of domestic violence in San Diego, California. Though, he doesn’t appear to have been charged with anything from that particular incident. But he was arrested again later that month in Burbank, California for public intoxication. While there is currently no known cause for the most recent incident, Bam has unfortunately had a very public struggle with addiction and substance abuse.

The former skate pro even sued his “Jackass” co-stars in 2021, over being fired from the movie “Jackass Forever.” But that lawsuit was dropped last year after they reached a private settlement.
