    Matthew McConaughey Stars in “Agent Elvis” Animated Series

    it would appear Oscar winner Matthew McConaughey will star as The King- Elvis Presley, in an animated series for Netflix. The first teaser for it was released earlier today. The project was created by the late Priscilla Presley, and John Eddie.

    “Agent Elvis” marks the first ‘adult’ animated release from Sony Pictures Animation. It was produced in partnership with Authentic Brands Group and Titmouse.

    “Elvis Presley trades in his jumpsuit for a jet pack when he is covertly inducted into a secret government spy program to battle the dark forces that threaten the country he loves – all while holding down his day job as the King Of Rock And Roll,” the logline reads.

    The animated series will premiere in March 2023 on Netflix.
