    Patty Jenkins Says “Rogue Squadron” Still in Active Development

    A couple of things from filmmaker Patty Jenkins, in her own words. We all recently learned about the newly created arm of Warner Bros. Pictures, DC Studios’ decision to cancel Jenkins’ “Wonder Woman 3.” Whether it was a decision of the WB side, or the co-CEOs of DC Studios is still to be determined. What has been clarified tis whether or not Patty, as some unscrupulous outlets reported, “stormed off” from the meetings, or “rage quit,” or any of the other numerous choice phrases used to describe the situation.

    Jenkins posted her full thoughts on the subject, including an update on her on-again-off-again-BUT-REALLY-ON-AGAIN project for Disney and LucasFilm- a little “Rogue Squadron” “Star Wars” film.

    Here’s hoping we see it, and maybe even another “Wonder Woman” film eventually.

    James Gunn responded as well, confirming Jenkins’ statement.
