Gorgeous, Heartbreaking “The Crown” Season 5 Trailer Hits

Cutting trailers is an art form. Every so often, one comes along from an unlikely source that just blows us away. Such is the case with Netflix’s “The Crown” season 5 trailer.

“It’s a new decade, and the royal family are facing what may be their biggest challenge yet: proving their continued relevance in ‘90s Britain,” Netflix says of season 5. “As Diana and Charles wage a media war, cracks begin to splinter the royal foundation.”

Imelda Staunton stars as Queen Elizabeth II, Jonathan Pryce as Prince Philip, Lesley Manville as Princess Margaret, Dominic West as Prince Charles, Elizabeth Debicki as Princess Diana, Claudia Harrison as Princess Anne, Olivia Williams as Camilla Parker Bowles, Jonny Lee Miller as John Major, Salim Daw as Mohamed Al Fayed, and Khalid Abdalla as Dodi Fayed.

“The Crown” season 5 will hit Netflix November 9th, 2022. Seasons 1-4 are available to stream now.
