With “Daredevil” Saved, What About Luke Cage and Jessica Jones?!

First, Disney+ saves “Daredevil“ today. THEN, we kinda sorta hear through unofficial channels that Charlie Cox is for sure coming back. Which of course prompts us to run around the Nerdbot offices like Michael Scott in “The Office.”

BUT THEN, our attention got brought to a sly photo from a “Marvel’s Defenders” alum. Yesterday, Mike Colter (“Marvel’s Luke Cage“) posted an image on Instagram with another hero- Krysten Ritter (“Marvel’s Jessica Jones“). He’s since edited the comment with it, to really tease us.

This *could* just be coincidence, but, it could also mean we’ll be seeing them return as well!

Hell, we’d even be marginally ok if “Marvel’s Iron Fist” came back too, as long as it means a full “Defenders” reunion.

Catch “Marvel’s Daredevil,” “Marvel’s Iron First,” “Marvel’s Luke Cage,” “Marvel’s Jessica Jones,” “Marvel’s The Punisher,” and “Marvel’s Defenders” on Disney+ now.

Mary Anne Butler (Mab) has been part of the fast-paced world of journalism since she was 15, getting her start in album reviews and live concert coverage for a nationally published (print) music magazine. She eventually transitioned to online media, writing for such sites as UGO/IGN, ComicsOnline, Geek Magazine, Ace of Geeks, Aggressive Comix (where she is still Editor-in-Chief), Bleeding Cool (where she was News Editor), and now Nerdbot as Editor-In-Chief. Over the past 10 years, she’s built a reputation at conventions across the globe as a cosplayer (occasionally), photographer (constantly), panelist and moderator (mostly), and reporter (always). Interviews, reviews, observations, breaking news, and objective reporting are the name of the game for the founder of Harkonnen Knife Fight, a Dune-themed band with an international presence. Though she be but little, she is fierce.
