Top Tips for Growing on Social Media

If you want to grow your business, you must have a presence on social media and a strategy to grow. Social media is one of the best ways that you can put your content in front of your ideal customers, as there are over 4.62 billion users around the world using the platforms. It is a great way to build trust, brand awareness and create deeper connections with your community. This is extremely important if you want to drive leads, and increase your revenue. Creative and engaging stories are a must for any aspiring influencer.

Whether you are new to the business, or you are finding yourself at a dead-end, here are some top tips that will help you skyrocket your growth on social media.

    Create video content

The best platform to create videos on is TikTok. This should be one of your priority platforms in your strategy, as it is one of the most popular platforms in the world, with over 1 billion users in 2021. TikTok enables you to add music, transitions, fonts, colors, filters, and offers a wide range of editing features that are popular to consumers. Consumers want short and snappy videos, which TikTok was made for. Once you have created your content on TikTok, you should download your video using TTDownloader.cc. This will allow you to backup your content, but also repurpose the video you made on TikTok. You can then optimize it for search and add it to your blog, embed it in your email marketing campaigns, and easily upload it to Instagram and Facebook, rather than having to recreate it on several different platforms.

    Stay up-to-date with trends

First, you should make sure you are following people and businesses within your industry, so you can stay up to date with their movements. You should then make it a habit to check the news feeds of your platforms to see what is trending for the day, week and month. This information should be incorporated into your content strategy to be used accordingly. If you hop on trending hashtags and get involved with trending videos, you are going to make your business more visible on the platforms.

    Host contests

Everyone loves an opportunity to win some free goodies. Hosting a contest on social media is a great way to get your current audience engaging on your platforms, as well as get new people to like and follow your accounts. This can significantly increase your brand awareness and the ability of your accounts to grow, as the more engaged they are, the more likely they are going to show up in people’s discovery pages. You can add instructions to your contest such as to like and comment on the post, tag friends, share in stories, and follow your pages. These actions will increase the reach of your accounts, and can be hosted across several platforms. You will need to check each platform’s rules for hosting contests, to ensure you stay within the community guidelines and don’t get your accounts banned.

Growing on social media takes time and consistency, but is vital for any business that wants to increase its awareness and profits.
