Legendary artist George Pérez changed the way we saw comics. His contributions are so many, it’s hard to recount all of them. Just one example is the amazing changes he made to Wonder Woman in the 80s. For many, he has been so prominent and such a joy to have in the convention community. He connected to almost everyone he meets.

As you know, his health has been in steady decline. There is a call for minute-long videos from fans where you can share your favorite George Pérez interaction. The call was shared on Facebook last week, and the deadline for submissions is March 20th.

Wanna send George Pérez a big video hug? You get up to one minute to recount your favorite memory with George! -HAPPY VIBES ONLY-

Please email your videos, to Aralynneretria@gmail.com by March 20th.

Make sure to say your name in the video and please let us know in the body of your email if it’s ok to share your clip publicly, or if it’s just for George. Videos that are longer than 1 minute will not be used. And remember Happy Vibes only!! ??

Thank you! Tabitha, David and Constance

    Pérez’s Facebook

Pérez publicly shared his dire pancreatic cancer diagnosis in December of 2021.

We encourage anyone who has met him, or who has been impacted by his work to send him a thoughtful thank you. Remember the deadline is March 20th so don’t miss out on this chance to connect to him. We know he and his family will appreciate it.
