This morning, NatGeo and Disney+ used their TCA session to unveil new titles. These will include nature documentaries and more! Seven natural history shows, all new, are coming. There is also a limited scripted series, “A Small Light,” about Miep Gies, the young person who hid Anne Frank and her family.

Three projects are coming from James Cameron. The first, “Super/Natural,” will be narrated by Benedict Cumberbatch. Hopefully no mention of penguins. It’ll hit Disney+ later this year. The second and third, “Secrets of the Elephants” and “Secrets of the Octopus,” are based on “Secrets of the Whales.” They’re coming to Disney+ Earth Day 2023 and 2024.

Today we are announcing SEVEN new natural history shows, starting with GREAT MIGRATIONS which will feature animals on epic migrations in search of food and shelter. #TCA22
