Home Syncs Light Show to “Close Encounters of the Third Kind”

Some homeowners are just too clever when it comes to their holiday light displays. We’ve brought you stories about some really awesome ones over the years, but this one is special. Fans of Steven Spielberg‘s classic “Close Encounters of the Third Kind” will no doubt love this example.

From back in 2020, this home used “The Dialog” from the 1977 film, the instantly recognizable piece of music composed by the great John Williams. As you can see, there is a radio station dial location on display. This is so the music would play over your radio rather than annoy the neighbors non-stop.

Check it out! Also, we highly suggest picking up the director’s cut 4K of “Close Encounters of the Third Kind” on Amazon here.
