Epic Games Store Offers Three Free Games to Kick Off 2020

2020 is officially here and Epic Games store is ready to celebrate! And what better way to kick off a new year then by slaying monsters in a post-apocalyptic world? Well, I guess snowboarding is a much tamer option. What do these two things have in common you ask? Well, both describe the three free games Epic Games store are offering to kick off the new year.

It’s not often that you get to play Death himself

Until January 9, players can download Darksiders: Warmastered Edition, Darksiders 2: Deathinitive Edition, and Steep for free. Darksiders will take players on a journey starring the infamous four Horsemen. The first game features War while the second focuses on Death. War and Death travel through post-apocalyptic cities slaughtering monsters and working to achieve their missions. Steep on the other hand is a much more leisurely kind of game. It’s an open-world winter sports game where players can ski, snowboard, paraglide, or fly in a wingsuit. There’s definitely no monsters to be seen here.

So, now is the best time to head over to the Epic Games store and try these games out. After all, what do you have to lose? It’s not everyday that you start a new year with free games.
