Disney Plus is Already Pulling Content

When Disney Plus launched it promised us that it would include everything from the Disney library. Even things that were hard to find, which made subscribing to the service more desirable. Who wants to spend 30 on a 4k DVD when you could just stream it for $7 anytime you want? The service while only have launched in November has already started pulling some of their library.

The films that people are most upset about seems to be Home Alone 1 & 2. Also some of the holiday content that was up like The Wonderful World of Disney: Magical Holiday Celebration has been pulled as well. Flicka, POTC: On Stranger Tides, The Sandlot and Strange Magic have also been removed.

All in all it’s not really THAT big of a deal that they removed some of the shows. But some people are also saying that they felt lied to about what would be available on the platform to watch, and that Disney promised them everything from the start.

It does seems a strange move from the company to start removing content even though they have just started expanding their library. But don’t worry too much because they also have a ton coming in 2020. Including WandaVision which they just bumped up from debuting in 2021. You can watch the sizzle reel of the content they are most excited about releasing down below.
