Cats have been involved in artistic paintings for as long as art has been around. Or however long that is? So it’s no surprise that artists have decided, you know what let’s take it to the next level. And decided to start basically start painting cats on eyelids. and if you ask me this could be the start of a new makeup trend. This is actually a makeup trend I can get behind.
