We Get to see RDJ as Stark one more time in ‘Black Widow’

Deadline recently reported on the Saturn Awards and gave us a big lead into the Black Widow movie coming out from Marvel. They stated that we would get to see Robert Downey Jr. one last time in the upcoming film playing Tony Stark. Something I think everyone needs after having to say goodbye to him in Endgame this year.

Black Widow chronologically falls between Captain America: Civil War and Avengers: Infinity War. David Harbour who is playing the Russian version of Captain America said to IGN that the two characters have a lot of history with each other.

“They’ve known each other for a while and there’s a complex history there. This movie happens right after Captain America: Civil War, and so those events do factor in.”

“She is a Russian operative in a sense, and so they have some history together themselves. But there is a dynamic that evolves where she’s gone beyond in terms of joining the Avengers and his reactions to that.”

We don’t exactly know how Tony Stark will fit but he will be in it. If you remember Stark was Pro Registration on the side of getting all mutants/super heroes registered with the government. Cap was not. So maybe it has something to do with the aftermath of that.

And then there is the other option that they are “together”. We all love Pepper Potts but you have to remember how big of a playboy Tony was once upon a time.

We will just have to find out and see. Whatever the case is we love you 3000 and we will be glad to see you back on screen as Tony Stark.
