Now I know by the headline this article can only one of two things; either Disney has finally launched their plan for global domination and are now recruiting soldiers to enforce the code of the Magic Kingdom upon us, or the their new Star Wars inspired amusement park attraction is in need of employees.

Fortunately for us, Disney isn’t firing up the tanks just yet. However, they are hiring fresh faces to wear masks and bring joy to the millions people who will be attending Anaheim once the highly anticipated Star Wars World or whatever their calling it opens to the public.

The news came via ProjectCasting.com which for all you aspiring actors in Hollywood, is a website featuring various audition slash casting opportunities.

Stormtroopers who are between the heights of 5’10 and 6’0″ with a slender to athletic build. Actors must be willing to have high energy levels, full range of body movement and improv skills.

And unfortunately for me I am none of those things. I even exceed the height requirements.

Disney is holding auditions on May 24th in Downey, California. You can find more information by clicking here.

Keep in mind that when asked, Daniel Craig put on a white helmet for the Empire. And considering how crowded the park will be this year, getting access for employees’ day or something might be worth the whole experience.
