Starbucks is Offering Keto Friendly Options

The Keto diet has quickly become the hottest craze for anyone trying to lose weight in the last couple of years. If you haven’t tried it yourself you most definitely have heard someone talking about it. Well Starbucks is now on that Keto train with us and is openly offering keto menu options.

They are offering drinks like black iced tea and heavy cream, coffee fraps with heavy cream, or hot or cold americanos with heavy cream. Basically anything with straight coffee and heavy cream and an alternative sweetener is keto is what it’s sounding like.

For people who are in ketosis this is amazing. The one thing that I totally missed when I was toying with the keto diet was Starbucks. It was a sacrifice and one that didn’t last long because holiday food is just too good to pass up.

Some of the alternative options that they are offering to sugar is the use of stevia and sugar free vanilla as well as cinnamon dulce and mocha sauce. You used to have to find Keto pages with hacks on them but now you are able to just ask at the window, and they know what you are talking about.

Will you be trying any of the new keto friendly menu options? Tell us in the comments!
