Earlier this week Stan Lee was laid to rest in a private funeral for his family and close friends. Now, according to a tweet fans will have something to attend to pay respect as well. POW! Entertainment is planning on a large celebration of his life and legacy that anyone can attend.

The tweet goes on to say that Stan was always adamant about not wanting a large public funeral, and in accordance to his final wishes they held a private ceremony. But POW! knows that fans are grieving too.

“We at Stan Lee’s POW! Entertainment are working on putting together a tribute befitting the greatest creator of our time and the father of modern pop culture. The grandeur of Stan makes this a monumental task, and we hope to have more info in the days to come.”

In the meantime while we wait for more details on the event itself, fans will be able to share their stories on www.therealstanlee.com. The messages left have a chance to shared across his Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram accounts.

“To add your voice, to share your thoughts and your favorite Stan Lee moments, please use one of the following hashtags when you post to your Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.”
