Next, there is some new Nerfs and Buffs coming to the support characters, which everyone has been talking about. The biggest news in regards to this, is with the character Mercy who, once again, is getting a Nerf. Mercy’s primary fire healing beam will reduce from 60 HP per second to 50 HP per second. This is in hopes to balance her more vs the other support characters. It is to “close the gap” between her and another choice in healers. Brigette will also be getting a small Nerf as well. Her Shield Bash cooldown period will increase from six to seven seconds.
Though, in positive news; Lucio, Moira, and Ana are getting a buff. Ana’s Nano Boost will now additionally heal targets for 300 HP. Lucio’s Sound Barrier effect will increase from 500 to 750 shields. His Crossfade aura radius will increase from 10m to 12m. Moira’s healing resource base regenerative rate will increase by 20%.
These changes are to release to PTR “very soon”.
