We have some very interesting news for the upcoming live-action “Masters of the Universe” movie. Kristen Wiig (“Saturday Night Live,” “Despicable Me”) has been cast as Roboto! A robot built by Man-at-Arms to be a part of the Heroic Warriors.

Unlike many classic sci-fi robots, Roboto’s body isn’t shiny and reflective; it is transparent metal, allowing everyone to see the mechanical workings inside. This will be the first time the character has been voiced by a woman.
