Platforms like IMDB aren’t just repositories of top-notch films and series; they also catalog the abysmal. It’s about such cinematographic disasters that we shall illuminate. So, if you or your social circle crave to experience cringe, to witness something laughably dreadful, or just to discover the series and movies regarded as the worst ever (including some that don’t initially strike as repugnant), we invite you to delve further!

    Disaster Movie (2008) – 1.9/10

The title is a self-explanatory manifesto. Notably, Kim Kardashian graces this feature (we ardently hope for her more successful venture in “American Horror Story”). During a fateful evening, a band of strikingly alluring twenty-somethings must dodge a series of man-made and natural calamities. Tornadoes, asteroids, earthquakes, and the singer Amy Winehouse, are but a few of the perils they encounter in their quest for sanctuary.

    Radhe (2021) – 1.9/10

In one review on https://zoomboola.com/, it’s stated, “Humanity doesn’t deserve two pandemics (COVID-19 and the movie ‘Radhe’).” The plot revolves around a policeman who, after nabbing one gangster, embarks on a hunt for the city’s wealthiest man who clandestinely controls a criminal syndicate.

Manos: The Hands of Fate (1966) – 1.6/10

Every cliché that manifests at the thought of a horror film is meticulously curated within this movie. A family lost on the road ultimately stumbles upon a clandestine, subterranean cult devoted to devil-worship, headed by the formidable “Master” and his servant Torgo. The film was the product of a wager contesting the simplicity of filmmaking, a fact blatantly evident in its execution.

    Birdemic: Shock and Terror (2010) – 1.7/10

In the town of Half Moon Bay, California, a peculiar avian flu epidemic is on the horizon. Birds retaliate against humanity for the catastrophic damage they inflict upon Earth. They assail gas stations and automobiles, and moreover, the birds wield an asset humans could scarcely imagine: avian acid. Due to the movie’s limited budget, director James Nguyen could not afford a full-time crew, and therefore the actors had to shoulder their tasks. In a bid to bestow the movie a more professional look, Nguyen concocted names for crew members listed in the credits.

    Superbabies: Baby Geniuses 2 (2004) – 1.5/10

A troupe of clever tots find themselves ensnared in a media magnate’s scheme to decipher baby babble. The infants must wage a battle against time for the sake of children worldwide.

    The Hottie & the Nottie (2007) – 1.9/10

This Paris Hilton-starring flick tells the tale of Nate, who relocates to Los Angeles to find Cristabel, the woman he’s adored since childhood. Yet, he encounters an obstacle – June, Cristabel’s omnipresent and not particularly attractive best friend. Adding complexity to the situation are Nate’s burgeoning feelings for June, whose inner beauty starts to radiate outward.

    Saving Christmas (2014) – 1.3/10

Kirk’s annual Christmas party goes awry due to his cynical brother-in-law, and now he endeavors to salvage the situation by asserting that Jesus Christ remains the paramount component of the overly commercialized holiday.

    House of the Dead (2003) – 2.1/10

An eclectic ensemble of students and a coast guard officer congregate at a techno-rave party on an island off the coast. Their adventures are soon interrupted by zombies and monsters that assail them from land, air, and sea. The film received such dreadful reviews that Danish cinemas refused to purchase it.

    Son of the Mask (2005) – 2.2/10

From the title, it’s apparent this is the sequel to “The Mask,” narrating the tale of Tim Avery, an aspiring cartoonist, who finds himself in a quandary when his dog stumbles upon Loki’s mask. After conceiving a ‘born of the mask’ baby boy, he discovers just how frenzied parenting can be.

    Epic Movie (2007) – 2.4/10

A parody of epic movies from previous years (“The Da Vinci Code” (2006), “The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe” (2005) and twenty others), TV series, and music videos. Four troubled orphans from disparate films end up at a ludicrous chocolate factory after receiving golden tickets for an ‘epic adventure’. After extricating themselves from the clutches of the terrifying Willy Wonka, the children discover the magical world of ‘Gnarnia’ through an enchanted wardrobe. There, they must seek aid from a lecherous lion, a horde of X-Academy mutants, pirates, and a mischievous beaver to vanquish the White Bitch.
