Saxon Prime Moves to a New Domain and Opens a Swiss Office as International Access Widens

ZURICH, August 25, 2026. Saxon Prime has moved its platform to a new web address, opened an office in Zurich, and extended account registration to residents of several additional countries, describing the three changes as one coordinated step in a broader international expansion.

A Naming Conflict Made the Former Address Untenable

The domain change was prompted by a naming conflict that surfaced while the company was preparing to register its brand in markets it had not previously served. An unrelated business operating under a closely similar name held prior rights in one of those jurisdictions, and the overlap created a risk of confusion for clients in the region. Rather than operate under one identity in some countries and a second identity elsewhere, the company opted to consolidate everything under a single new address.

Traffic to the previous address now redirects to the new one, and the company has said the redirect will remain in place indefinitely rather than for a fixed window. Email addresses, published research, help centre articles and account statements have been updated in step with the change. Client login credentials, account numbers, open positions and transaction history are unaffected, since the underlying accounts were never moved between systems. Only the address in front of them has changed.

Documentation issued before the change remains valid, and the company has said it will continue to honour references to the former address in third party materials while partners update their own listings.

Zurich Becomes the Company’s Continental Base

The Swiss office is the company’s first permanent presence in continental Europe and will house client service, partnerships, operations and compliance support staff. Switzerland was selected for its position between the Asian close and the North American open, which allows a single team to cover the busiest part of the trading day without splitting that coverage across two locations, and for the depth of its financial services labour market.

The office will also act as the point of contact for clients across the region who prefer to deal with a team in a nearby time zone. Staff there will work in several languages, with recruitment focused on people who have handled retail and professional accounts in European markets. Capacity will be added through the remainder of the year, with client service staffed first and partnerships following.

Existing offices continue to operate with the same scope as before. Work is being distributed rather than relocated, and no roles are being moved out of the company’s other locations to fill the Swiss team.

Registration Opens in Markets the Platform Could Not Previously Serve

Alongside the address change, the company has extended account registration to residents of several countries where applications previously could not be completed. Those applicants can now open accounts through the standard onboarding process, with identity verification and funding options adapted to local requirements.

The decision followed a review of incomplete registration attempts recorded over the past year, which showed a consistent pattern of prospective clients starting an application and stopping at the country selection step.

“We were watching people abandon registration at the same screen, month after month, and the reason was never the product. It was that we could not take them,” a spokesperson for Saxon Prime said. “The naming conflict forced a decision about the address, and once that decision was on the table it made no sense to solve it one market at a time. The new address, the Zurich office and the wider country list are the same move seen from three angles.”

Instrument coverage is consistent across the new markets, with the same asset range, order types and platform tools available to new clients as to existing ones. Funding methods vary by country, and local payment options will be added where demand supports them.

What Account Holders Will Notice, and What the Company Says Will Improve

For existing clients, the practical effect of the change is limited to the address in the browser bar. Balances, open positions, pending orders, saved chart layouts, watchlists and alert settings carried across without action from the account holder, and no client was asked to open a new account or resubmit identity documents.

The company has framed the expansion as a reason to raise service levels rather than a strain on them. Support coverage has been extended to follow the additional time zones now represented in the client base, with the Zurich team covering the European day and existing teams keeping their current hours. Further languages are being added to live support and to the help centre, and response targets will be published to clients rather than tracked only internally.

“Growth is where service usually slips, and we would rather be judged on that than on the size of the map,” the spokesperson said. “The measure is not whether we are in more countries next year. It is whether the client who has been with us for three years waits longer for an answer than they did last month.”

Platform development continues on its existing schedule. The company has said the transition drew on engineering time in infrastructure rather than in product work, and that the roadmap agreed before the move has not been reordered.
