    Official “Minecraft Movie” Popcorn Bucket, Creeper Cup Revealed

    With the release of “A Minecraft Movie” just around the corner, the film’s marketing train is full steam ahead. A popcorn bucket and drink cup have been revealed for when it hits theaters—ensuring that the popcorn bucket wars stay raging in 2025.

    The popcorn bucket, or baah-cket, is shaped like an adorable pink sheep from the video game the film is based on. It has a removable back so you can hide your buttery popcorn from anyone attempting to steal it. And what’s popcorn without a drink?

    The cup is green, square, and shaped like a Creeper from the video game. It also comes with a straw for those worried that a square cup may be too complicated to drink from. 

    “A Minecraft Movie” will follow a group of four misfits who are pulled through a mysterious portal into a bizarre, cubic world that feeds on imagination. To make their way home they must master this new world while accompanying an expert crafter on a quest.

    This upcoming film is directed by Jared Hess (“Napoleon Dynamite”). It stars Matt Berry (“What We Do in the Shadows”), Jason Momoa (“Aquaman”), Jennifer Coolidge (“The White Lotus”), Kate McKinnon (“Barbie”), and Jack Black (“Dear Santa”).


    “A Minecraft Movie” will hit theaters on April 4th, 2025. We’ll keep you posted on updates about the project as they become available. You can check out the final trailer below:
