A roaring fireplace with festive yule logs is a tradition this time of year. But what if you don’t have a fireplace or live in a region where it’s too hot to have a fire going? These 5 yule log streams can provide you with all the aesthetics, without the construction or excess heat.

The best part is they are all free to watch on YouTube.

This one is also a countdown to Christmas with Disney+. It features a portrait of the beloved Professor Xaxiver hanging over the fireplace. Sometimes it shows him in a festive holiday sweater, while other times he is in a 3 piece suit. The mantle is decorated with stockings for Wolverine, Storm, Morph, Rouge, and Jean which also changes with his attire.

    Rocket Engine Fireplace

NASA is getting in on the holiday spirit with a rocket theme offering. Instead of a traditional fire log, you get rockets, because rockets are better.

    Hillbilly Holiday Fireplace

You know you’re in for a treat when a video starts with “Do Not Attempt This At Home.” The hillbilly Yule log offers some of the most realistic holiday fare we’ve ever seen. Complete with bickering in the background, putting things into a fireplace that shouldn’t be there, and sirens after a fire inevitably breaks out.

    Lagavulin’s Yule Log

Fans of actor/comedian Nick Offerman (“Parks and Recreation”) may already be familiar with this one. Offerman’s love of whiskey has never been a secret so he partnered up with Lagavulin as a part of their “My Tales of Whisky” series. What follows is 10 hours of Offerman drinking (responsibly) and sitting in silence with a crackling fire in the background.

    Dumpster Fire For Your Home

Maybe 2024 hasn’t been so kind to you. You can bid it farewell with this 2-hour-long dumpster fire from Netflix Is A Joke. Just throw all that negativity into the trash and set it ablaze in hopes 2025 will be a fresh start. And if it isn’t, well there is always next year.

There you have it, our 5 favorite free to stream Yule logs. The staff at Nerdbot wishes everyone a safe and happy holiday season.
